Booking FAQ

Here are some frequently asked questions about booking a SUP ‘n’ Surf Retreat. If you have any other questions, you can ask our retreat concierge.

In order to provide each guest with enough valuable one-on-one instruction, we only allow a maximum of 10 SUP guests on each retreat. We rarely make exceptions.

For Punta Mita, MX, 1 x SUP admission to the SUP ‘n’ Surf Retreat costs $3,900 USD and 2 x SUP admissions with a shared room costs $7,400 USD. Each SUP guest receives, but not limited to:

  • 4 x All-Inclusive Resort Nights (food & alcohol included)
  • 6 x 2-3 Hour SUP Surf Sessions Coached by World Champions & Local Athletes (1-2 per day)
  • 2 x 1-3 Hour Optional SUP Surf Sessions
  • 9 x Video Reviews of SUP Surf Sessions with World Champions
  • 3 x Daily Panga (Boat) Trips (1 after each morning session)
  • 1 x Access to Professionally Shot Photographs & Video Clips
  • 1 x Airport Ground Transportation (to and from resort)
  • 25% Off All Spa Treatments
  • 10% Off All Starboard Gear
  • 1 x Goodie Bag

Yes, pending all-inclusive resort availability we do provide the option for guests to arrive a day earlier and/or stay a day later. This can allow for more water time, a relaxing day at the spa, or for simply touring the property. This is outside of our retreat program and therefore no instruction will be provided on these days.

Children at least 13 years of age are welcome, but they must be accompanied by a legal guardian.

Unfortunately, we have very little wiggle room with our current pricing. There are no discounts available at this time.

You are responsible for your own round trip flights, but we take care of everything else the moment your flight arrives.

SUP ‘n’ Surf Retreat packages are only refundable within 7 days of purchase and at least 30 days prior to trip departure. A minimum 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place in a retreat. Final payments are due 30 days before retreat date or upon confirmed flight itinerary. We accept all major credit cards.

If you cannot attend a retreat and made a full or partial payment (50% deposit) you will be automatically enrolled in the next retreat or the retreat of your choice within one year of purchase and at least 30 days advance notice pending availability. It is recommended you obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations on your end.
