Booking Agreement *

I understand that in order to guarantee placement in this retreat, SUP ‘n’ Surf Retreat packages are only refundable within 7 days of purchase and at least 30 days prior to trip departure. If I cannot attend this retreat and made a full or partial payment (50% deposit) I will be automatically enrolled in the next retreat or the retreat of my choice within one year of purchase and at least 30 days advance notice pending availability. I also certify that the guest information I have provided is true and correct.
